About
The Images Vevey Book Award is a grant worth 10 000 CHF (approx. 9 200 EUR) that supports the creation of a book project which showcases an optimal and original balance between publication format and photographic content. It provides a financial contribution that aims to encourage artists to take risks and to innovate, in order for them to develop a suitable sophisticated publication format for their photography project.
The five-stage process of the Images Vevey Book Award:
- Applicants submit their project here and pay a 30 EUR fee (Application open: Jan 15, - Feb 28.)
- At the end of the first phase, a jury pre-selects at least 15 projects
- The nominated artists send a complete file by post (Until Apr 18)
- The Jury selects the winning project (May 2)
- The winner has a one year to publish his/her book and present it at Festival Images Vevey 2022
